Simba Set Menu
This is the first theme restaurant in Asia that visitors can eyes-to-eyes with the lions. It is a feast for the senses and a rare privilege to experience a close up personnel encounter with the kings of the African jungle. The restaurant built in a style of a Kenyan lodge with a circular outer wall constructed of thick tempered glass.

Executive Chef Mahadi is the signature chef of Tsavo Lion Restaurant. He earned his vast amount of valuable experience from luxury hotels and fine-dining restaurants throughout Bali and Dubai. He began his career with the Grand Hyatt Hotel, Bali, being a part an important part of the opening team for KU DE TA. After moved to Ritz Carlton Dubai then back Indonesia and went to worked at Conrad Tanjung Benoa Nusa Dua and Novotel Nusa Dua, Bali. Mahadi has been working as the Executive Chef at Tsavo Lion Restaurant at Bali Safari and Marine Park for 3 years and he continues updating the menu of the restaurant.

This menu is his new creation of delightful cuisine. Roasted Foie Gras with Almond Gel, Blueberries and Chamomile, Pumpkin Soup Served Toasted Almond Flakes and Truffle Oil, Royal Tasmanian Gravlax Salmon with Baby Leave, Salmon Tartar Crème Fraiche and Chives, The End Of Lamb Duo Potato Gratin and Poivrade, and wrap up with delightful dessert of Sake Kasu Panacotta. It might be rare name for us but Foie Gras is the liver of a duck or goose that has been specially fattened. Served with almond gel, blueberries and chamomile serve extraordinary tenderness of foie gras and the taste of the sauce
